Pros
It is really hard to find any pros for this company. Some of the managers are actually very nice and helpful, but that cannot be said about the owners.
Cons
The company is run by a couple who managed to provide one of the most hostile, aggressive, and unreasonable workplaces you can imagine. If you like to be belittled, constantly yelled at and send in 20 different directions during a normal work day, welcome to Picardie. The shop is total chaos with questionable safety when working around the machines. I managed to stay only a short time and heard that many other professional carpenters had fled the company before me. I cannot recommend this company for anyone. You will be constantly asked to work overtime, receive minimal to no training, minimal pay and risk severe injuries due to lack of safety. During my time I have not met anyone happy or enthusiastic working here. In my opinion there are better ways to make a living. Don't put yourself through this pain.
