Solid Company with plenty of growth potential - Software Engineer Pica9 Employee Review

I really love working at CampainDrive. With only being here a few short months, I have gained so much from the insight of my coworkers and have experienced a lot of personal growth. I love how collaboratively the CampaignDrive team works and how helpful each person is. Even though CampaignDrive provides a relaxed and fun work environment, I find that every one is super productive and happy to be working.

There are no cons that I can think of.

- Management is very open to suggestions and desires to hear feedback on basically anything, in order to make any necessary adjustments. We are making a lot of improvements, and handle things better. - As a result, greater emphasis has been made on the quality of the product, rather than rushing to meet deadlines at the cost of less secure and buggy applications. So, working there is not that stressful. - Employees are aware of what is going within the company, i.e the successes, the failures, and the plans for the future. In that context, CEO has been very transparent, so that the employees are not left in the dark.

- Know how to evaluate your tasks, so that you can help make better estimates on projects. - Raise your hand if you notice that your responsibilities are too much, and say something about it and they will listen, so that you don't get stressed out.
