Pros

customers are great and the area is lovely and relaxing however....

Cons

the stress load is awful depending on what night you work with whatever manager is scheduled on that particular day. there is only one assistant manager who is pretty awesome. other than that... I don't have much to say but that the general manger definitely needs to go. he has a horrible attitude problem with his employees. he snaps constantly telling servers to do their job but don't really see him lift a finger when and IF we were busy. yet he sits at the bar or at a table and brings random girls in and gives them free food and alcohol. its a normal occurrence. also, I know a lot of people quit do to this kind of treatment. and when you have less employees, the more workload there is for everyone else. and he will be all up in your business telling you to get your stuff done yet its really his fault that people don't show up when he works at night.

Pros

This specific serving job is very easy but that's coming from someone that's used to high volume craft bartending and management. Coming from that to this serving job it is a very easy job. Sidework is minimal which is nice. Kitchen staff has been with piatti for a very long time and they're very sweet and amazing at their jobs.

Cons

Bussers don't seem to do their job well except for a select few. With no repercussions and servers having to pick up the slack. We've been without a host for a long time that can be quite difficult at times especially holidays. Management is okay they lack in communication sometimes. The bar isn't managed well at all and the current bartender has no idea what he's doing. For a place that's supposed to be a bit "upscale" but not fine dining it still comes off as casual. The standards are not there.
