Cons
No 401k, probably never will be, training for salary is terrible to put it lightly. District managers are always in a terrible mood which stresses out the GMs more. They have enough crap to deal.with already. No matter what you contact district managers for they are rude and unprofessional. They are never around or actually in their restaurants. Job is very repetitive. Same thing day after day. 55 hours a week is more like 65. Salary pay is not competitive. Company never pays bonus on time with some lame excuse as to why if we even get an excuse. Upper management threatens and yells at you for almost everything like you are worth nothing. New area managers dont have a clue how piada operates. Too many cons to list them all.
