Pros

Pays on time,good brand image in Europe,premium product range. Patricia Equity Firm in an owner of company. It was good company to work for in the past but now with new management team,everything has changed.

Cons

-Vacuum automation business is PEANUT against nearest competitor. -top people only worried about sales force funnel and sales figure -ask salespeople to operate from residence only. -exorbitantly high product prices because of high overheads. -channel sales only, - hire and fire culture, -ZERO product training is offered to new employees -poor support to own sales team. -rigid management style. -top people only interested to save their position in the company. -very bad work culture and work ethics. -stay away from this company if possible,otherwise be ready to ruin your career graph.

Pros

they threatened to take away hybrid wfh scheduling but never did it? Even if they are pretending like they are growing into a large corporation for the shareholders, actually working here is more small-office feel for those who want to hide away and collect checks.

Cons

best parts of the company is in unattainable roles for an entry level, and there is no room for upward growth so you will never get them. upper management is very disrespectful to the entry levels and you will feel like you are getting the short end of the stick working here. If you do well here you won't be rewarded. all profits you create will be invested in other places/roles, all of course due to upper management's bad decisions.
