      Pros

      everyone has an office, smaller company, easy to know everyone, friendly atmosphere, nice building, nice break/game room, they do care for the employees in some ways

      Cons

      managers are a dime a dozen (WAY too many managers that don't do anything), poor HR leadership, poor leadership from those that are managers, poor pay (very low compared to other companies)

      Pros

      Phytel just got acquired by IBM to be a part of the recently established Watson Health division. Lots of potential growth and ability to access a vast resource. IBM is aggressively taking Phytel's population health management suite global.

      Cons

      Leadership is a bit too self-interested in some areas. Aggressive self-starters who make company processes harder to manage. Which has lead to issues with inter-department collaboration at times. This has lead to reorganization within the higher ranks to promote a unified approach to product management and development for the future.
