Pros

Some good staff in clinics Paid in-house cpd every 2-3 months Mentoring system can be useful If you want a stable full time job, this is a fair job Above average graduate year total salary (however you can only do 40 or 44hrs, compared to usual 38hrs full time)

Cons

Low incentives for great performance, you need to be very busy to get minimal reward as return Poor culture, management won’t listen to your opinion You are just a machine, the company will only look at the numbers you produce The management team / HR is very hard to work with Most staff leave within 2 years due to far better opportunities outside and the management team will just hire another new grad to replace Very poor staff retention both receptionist and physio

• The incentives for great performance are very significant, I suspect that the author of this review felt that they were working to their capacity and this is different for everybody but they were likely below average productivity for them to not be unlocking the potential of these incentives. • Citing a poor culture as management not listening to your opinion sounds like management not doing what you ask them. We certainly do not do everything our employees ask as we have the responsibility to lead the business, we listen to all opinions and welcome these but ultimately cannot take on every request employees make. • We do not actually have KPI for client numbers or other productivity measures so there is no support for stating that we only look at the numbers, we understand that all of our physios work to a different capacity and support those that would not do well assessed on productivity KPI measures • We have a very supportive HR/management team, there is no evidence provided of the claim that there is any issue in this area of the business

Pros

Wonderful gym, large and well equipped Grea local team, helpful to one another, very supportive Really great central location Pilates classes, 1-5 participants, varied caseload

Cons

Remote management, email and phone support , nothing face to face, no regional management, everything comes from head office which is interstate. Default 30 min appointments, long days 8am -7pm , so much has to be done on days off to catch up. NDIS reports, workers compensation reports , days can have no breaks, when is this meant to get done?
