      you accumelate a lot of knowledge in a short amount of time. the company takes a vast interest in the employees well being and education since you are a "guest" in the companies that you are helping you don't deal with the internal politics

      Cons

      since you are a "guest" in your clients comapnies, you don't feel like you are one of the group. Multiple project for each client that need to be juggled sometimes the clients location is far and you spend a lot of time on the roads
