Pros
Great Culture, Food in the office, Excellent benefits, Flexibility of hybrid work. Mid-level managers are great; they give a lot of freedom to innovate and evolve in our fields.
Cons
Growth rate is slow, particularly in new departments using AI in front of their names. single-digit appraisals company-wide. Work never ends, time is 10-6:30, but I have had days where we had to stretch till 6 am. without any overtime pay - just thank you is all you will ever get LOL - might not be the case for all departments.
