Pros
The pay is above minimum wage, the hours are full-time, and benefits are offered. Co-workers are mostly friendly and helpful. Reasonable amounts of time to complete tasks with many allowances for overtime. Reasonable holiday schedule and vacation time. Benefits offered, including free employee life insurance and 401k.
Cons
The communication is horrible, especially from supervisor to employee. Although above minimum, the pay isn't a livable wage. Often times overwhelming work load with unequal pay. Rarely ever compliant, and the turn-over rate is like a swinging door. Not enough employees with very uneven work distribution. Training is non-existent and employee morale is not great either. Employees stay because they cannot find better paying employment elsewhere. Senior employees are treated with more lenience and the majority of the work falls onto the lower level employees. Supervisors are often extremely contradictory, and frustration levels run very high. The CEO has no idea what's actually going on in the company. Overall a very greedy place with very little value put into it's hard working employees. The benefits aren't very family friendly or reasonable.
