Additionally, I would advise caution, especially for unmarried women, as the work environment can sometimes blur professional boundaries, with some managers crossing their lines. 3)They offer quarterly bonuses to their employees. The first two quarters are smooth sailing, but after that, don't expect them to even consider giving you a bonus. 4)Job security only exists if you treat your manager like a god, allowing them to cross personal boundaries. Expect to work weekends as well—this isn't a 5-day workweek; it's a 7-day commitment.
