Pros

- Really high salaries - Unlimited PTO - Remote work

Cons

Please, please don't be blinded by the high salaries. The money will not be worth the stress and lack of work/life balance you'll experience at all. Colleagues I've spoken to who are actively looking to leave the company would be happy to cut their salaries by half in exchange to work at a company where they feel valued and respected. Believe the reviews on here. I didn't and now I'm miserable and can't get out fast enough. A few examples of the corporate culture: - In order to get ahead at this company, you are expected to work a LOT more than 8 hours a day and be available to action chats/emails at any moment, even during the weekend. We were told by management that if someone told us this was a 9-5 job, they lied, my boss described taking lunch as "silly," and they recommended starting work 30 minutes earlier to stand out. You are frowned upon if you don't have Teams or Outlook installed in your personal phone. Working 10-12 hours is celebrated and regarded as being a high performer. - Another example is that your bosses will ask you to share your calendar details with them so they can see exactly what you are doing all day. The selection process is grueling, yet they don't seem to trust you to do your job or be an adult. - One more example is that you will be expected to perform a role for 6 months or more before you are actually given the appropriate title and raise. Management stands by this, since they say they're not going to just promote you without knowing you can do the work first. That was told to us by upper management just this week. - Yet another example was a manager who wanted to meet with me at 5. I had to get to an appointment after work, so I asked if we could meet the following day. The response was that we could also meet after my appointment. So, like, at 7pm or later. - They fire excellent employees (new and seasoned) left and right for seemingly no good reason. There is no sense of job security or loyalty to employees from the company. Colleagues I've talked to are mentally prepared to be fired or quit at any moment. That's not healthy. There's even a term of endearment for getting "phired," since it's so common. Not only that, but a pod lead and the manager were even trash talking a former employee in a team meeting with 11 people today. She was the sweetest girl, so that did not sit well with me. - A lot of the requests from management are unreasonable, especially if you want to enjoy your evening or be free during weekends. A colleague said they couldn't get to something until 5pm, and their boss just said "oh, okay," since that's normal. - This company absolutely loves meetings. Management (including the CEO) schedule meetings right at 9, probably to make sure that everyone is working by then (but God forbid you want to be done at 5, of course). This leaves little time to work on actual client requests or on management requests. - Even if you are in client "success," all management cares about is upselling at every interaction. I have clients who won't talk to me when they need something because they see me as a sales person. - Lastly, they are not transparent with the roles during the hiring process. They will downright say you are not applying for a sales job, and then all your performance objectives will be sales targets. Again, don't just take my word for it - read other Glassdoor reviews as well. If you are not a workaholic and work is not your entire life, this is not the company for you.

Pros

The paycheck was on time. Literally, that is the only positive thing I can say about this experience. If you are looking for anything else—growth, respect, or a sense of purpose—look elsewhere.

Cons

Financial Embarrassment - It is insulting to watch leadership spend millions on flashy team meetings and corporate vanity projects, only to turn around and lay off the very employees who keep the lights on. Favoritism - This company does not run on merit; it runs on favoritism. If you aren't one of the hand-picked favorites, you will never be appreciated or respected. You are essentially a ghost in the machine, expected to do the heavy lifting while the "favorites" get the accolades. Culture - The environment is suffocating. Management from the top down has zero interest in the needs or well-being of their teams. There is a total lack of empathy and a complete refusal to listen when employees ask for help or resources. Work-Life Balance - Management views "work-life balance" as a myth. They expect total devotion but offer zero flexibility or support in return. Compensation - The compensation is significantly below market rate for the level of stress and the volume of work expected.
