Pros
The people make this company an enjoyable workplace. For the most part everyone is very friendly with one another and there exists a sense of camaraderie amongst the lab workers. The company is also undergoing some exciting changes, such as purchasing new equipment and upgrading the existing facility to better the site.
Cons
Everyone here shares the same sentiment about how they are paid: they are not content. Raises are yearly but occur in tiny increments, and promotions are considered a unicorn in the wild. Managers are extremely disconnected from clean room workers, only entering the cleanroom a couple times a year to check on employees within their department.
