      There are honestly no pros unless your management

      High pressured work, any tiny mistake you make is treated like the end of the work all for minimum wage! Aweful management who have been in charge too long, it's like a dictatorship

      The people around you are often great.

      Cons

      The people around you don’t stay long. 24/7 engineering support but everyone either works 4/10 schedules or M-F 8-5.
