Not much. Working with Photon was the worst recruiter experience I ever had.

Photo cares more about getting paid than representing you and making sure you have a healthy work environment. They will listen to your concerns but they won't ct care. They will do whatever it takes to make sure they get paid from the client even if it means you won't get paid on time. They speak very unprofessionally to their contractors as well. They are not worth dealing with more than 3 months at a time. Get paid and leave. They were late on payments, and I mean months late on payments with two of my co-workers.
