Pros
Great I’ve diverse team on the creative department side and fun supportive peers. Lots of experience on the core team.
Cons
If you have other options available, shoot for those first. Extremely poor communication practices. Little to no training before your first or any project. Many cuts to the team without any forewarning. No structure with disciplinary process (I.e. warning 1, 2, let go). Processes are very muddy and outdated. No benefits such as retirement or matching. Insurance cost is really high but the payout is terrible. No severance. If let go for ANY REASON no payout on bonus, vacation or otherwise.
