Pros

Photobiz is a place where you meet a lot of good people with strong work ethics. Each team has its own strengths: Developers and R&D work to craft better products, Services & Support try to help customers. Everyone seems to be friendly and willing to help out each other. Some of the best people I've worked with have been from here. Over the last couple of years, the company has been changing and I think for the best. Finding talented people who seem really passionate about their jobs.

Cons

Each department may have its own share of hardships and long hours. There is a shortage of people in needed areas which could help the overall growth of the company.

Pros

The people here are awesome, and come from all walks of life. You are truly able to engage and make friends with everyone there. Your co-workers also care about you which is nice. As long as you do your job, and help others you will be well respected. You also have the ability to work with many different programs, and software that make you extremely diverse for your future career. Take advantage of every opportunity and even if there is no extra pay, it will pay dividends on your resume. While a lot of the cons and negative things below sound bad, if the company does improve on these huge core problems this place could be one of the best places to work.

Cons

The pay, it is terrible and below industry standard. They do not pay the hardest working employees what they deserve while paying others who do less a lot more money. They do not give raises and reviews are far and few between. The upstairs work group has no idea how hard the support team works and the CEO is in the office for 5-10 hours a week yet wants to control everything. This creates bad morale among the strongest and hardest working team.
