- Very poor Leadership (HR and TA) and unclear direction from the management. - Limited growth opportunities and very toxic culture of favoritism and politics. - Huge disparity in compensation. - Workload is often overwhelming with unrealistic deadlines and no support. - No clear career progression or opportunities for advancement. - High turnover rate as employees quickly realize how bad things are and leave. - Silent layoffs (multiple cases in HR and TA). Also employees are treated very badly once they decide to leave.
