      Honestly nothing except for the complementary lunch.

      - extremely poor pay demanding you to exhaust yourself physically and mentally -Strict 5 days WFO In addition to this, timing constraints to clock in for 9-10 hours from 9 am to 7 pm - High level politics - Biased management - Favouritism promotions over recognising effort and talent - very limited growth and learnings - People at leadership level are bullies and torturers
