1) BDAs are treated like commission based agents but are expected to handle multiple additional tasks without any extra incentive. 2) Too much focus on reports and dashboards, which are only 90% correct. 3) MIS Manager assum himself as CEO or Consultant without any knowledge of business. 4) Employees who question decisions or raise concerns may feel sidelined rather than heard. 5) HR is seen more as a support function for management than for employees. 6) Escalation and ethics team are most unethical and lack transparency, reducing employee confidence in fair resolution. 7) Long term senior employee are the kingpin of creating office politics and creating unbearable environment for mid level employee.
