Layoffs the last couple of years

The company is legit concerned about providing ethical service and keeping on top of rules and regulations in the phone dialer space. The team itself is great and like family and thrives on great reviews and scores for customer service. Mistakes are handled as learning opportunities instead of bad marks on your record. Great culture and meetings are actually fun.

The company started expanding and getting more corporate and hired a CEO that only cares about the bottom line and not so much about people . Layoffs were done by zoom meetings with no warning and staff were not allowed to speak. Suddenly all access was cut off to everything and we couldn't even say goodbye to our co-workers .
