Pros

Not many, it would be great if they didn't mess with your earnings

Cons

Untrustworthy. Everyone knows how they purposely lower your hold times by calling and hanging up! I work for a no hold time company now and I always know what my paycheck will be. I get plenty of calls and never have to worry about hangups dropping my hold time. Two companies I'd recommend I found on phonesexjobs.info Don't work for hold time companies!

Pros

Free equipment Free training Flexible schedule Caring mentors Free gift cards Bonuses Feeling like a star

Cons

Slight learning curve. Phonestars is not like other services. You’re expected to keep customers who desire immediate gratification on the phone for longer periods. It can be difficult.

Pros

Your info is kept confidential. You don't have to handle billing or advertisements—no texting, pics, or videos. You are paid an hourly rate. This is much better than some companies that may only pay you a few pennies per minute. As an employee, taxes are deducted from your paycheck before you receive it. They offer a variety of schedules around the clock to accommodate your lifestyle. There are part-time and full-time schedules. You get paid breaks. They do have a support phone line and email if you have questions or need help. You can earn bonus points, which I believe are based on the length of each call. These points can be used to shop in their store, which offers a wide range of products. This is in addition to your regular hourly pay rate, which is paid out bi-weekly.

Cons

There is no training, no employee community chatline, or website for coworkers to check in on each other or say hello and have a good day. You cannot hang up on hard-to-deal-with callers! No taboos are off limits—anything goes... This can be particularly challenging for anyone who has experienced trauma in their past.
