Great side hustle; the rate isn't the best, but it's far better than other companies (some give a single-digit amount per 1k words)
The management team is friendly and responsive; other translators are always willing to help you too
Flexible schedules (around 7-12 days for each deadline; you can pick the word count, min 10k)
You can choose to give up some workload if you cannot manage (but you have to inform them at least 2 days in advance)
Cons
Work is usually given on an FCFS basis, and can be really scarce sometimes (people grab them really quickly, but the coordinator will give priority to those who have not received work)
Some books are atrocious to translate ToT ... the difficulty varies
