      Some of the hardest working people you'll work with Good factory people and biggest change there, improve lead times now good

      Cons

      In several key areas the sales team dont know good sales strategy and it gone on for many years it no good Trying to grow company fast but maybe smaller is better?

      I interned at Phoenix for three months and loved the company. Everyone is incredibly friendly and treat each other well.

      Cons

      I am not able to find many cons as I stayed at Phoenix for only 3 months.
