      Phoenix has some of the most loyal, hard-working and dedicated employees I've ever worked with. People are friendly and helpful and really care for one another. Leadership has an open-door policy, is friendly and transparent. Great, family feel.

      Most companies, including Phoenix, are going through lots of change due to the pandemic and supply chain issues.

      I interned at Phoenix for three months and loved the company. Everyone is incredibly friendly and treat each other well.

      Cons

      I am not able to find many cons as I stayed at Phoenix for only 3 months.
