1)A lot to learn, since you would be part of project from planning to its implementation.
Cons
1)Poor management - no transparency 2)Delay in payment of salary, generally on 3rd of the month(once the payment was received on 11th of the month with no information of the reason for delay in salary) 3)Unhygienic work environment 4)Here the designation initially assigned while hiring is just a formality, as you make your progress in this organisation you are made to play several other tedious roles which you didnt sign up for( since they are unwilling to hire the same for the post)with no form of any bonus. 5)As per company policy, its a five days working culture, its a UTTER NONSENSE. Upper management expects you to sacrifice your personal time and invest your time in their work with no sort of any compensation.
