Opportunity based on merit, great employee perks (holidays off etc).

Too much change at once. As soon as things settle they change again.

Family atmosphere, good communication, a place to learn and grow, terrific people. The majority of employees are truly doing the best they can and believe in their work. I find the work both challenging and interesting and the opportunities to explore other areas of my strengths have been given to me hand over fist.

No incentives for growth, long hours with little recognition for self improvement or proffesional growth.
