Pros

Team members were more or less ok. Salary was good. The office was pet-friendly with complementary fruit, coffee and juice.

Cons

I was exposed to mobbing/workplace abuse (yelling, gaslighting and insults, directed towards me and other team members). I ended up in the ER due to extensive stress. I reported the case to the HR department. I sent a detailed email explaining everything that had happened. I never got any written reply. The HR had a conversation with me via audio call where they basically told me to listen to everything my abuser tells me and act accordingly. They also said they couldn't do anything about it. My doctor sent me on sick leave to recover from all the stress and shock I endured. On the third day of my sick leave I got fired, with an explanation from the HR that it wasn't actually a case of mobbing because they talked to the abuser and he said that it wasn't true. HR also said that the abuser insisted on them firing me because he wanted to find somebody else for the position asap. The official reason they stated for my dismisal was incompetence. My main impressions about the company are truly bad management and lots of traumatized people who are just remaining silent and taking hits. I reported them to the state workplace inspection.

Pros

It’s a very small organization. The people there are super nice and work with you. It’s super low stress and really quiet atmosphere.

Cons

Because it’s super small, there is no room for upward mobility or advancement. Low salary.
