Pros

They do pay their employees on time and have paid time off as long as you don't use it

Cons

The CEO is a complete jerk. Runs around the office swearing and just generally being passive/aggressive towards everyone. Their compensation structure changes based upon the whims of the CEO. The entire plan is a scam to get people to pay for advertising in a free magazine that has very little circulation. All circulation numbers are based upon a certain amount of printing and a total "guess" on how many people actual pick up the free, crappy magazine in a waiting room.

Pros

Fun environment- Its strictly a sales environment. You have to be motivated to be successful. The employees who put negative comments are ones who are not successful and can not make numbers. They get upset if they are let go for performance. People are so quick to make negative reviews, however no one will make a review if they have something positive to contribute. I love working here and the people are great.

Cons

Being money motivated is what is going to write your ticket here. I have been here over a year and advancement is strictly based off of your ability to sell. They put a lot in the training here, however they will know right off the bat if you are even going to be successful or not. The management and executive team consists of people who have been here for over 10 years. They will help develop you, but you have to show that you are willing to work. They are always planning fun events and outings for the sales team, there is a great work life balance and relationships with all employees is fun! As far as a con, I would say they need a better CRM but that's easy to work around.

Pros

There are a lot of smart people there. If you're willing to listen and pay attention and ask questions you can learn a lot in a short period of time. And things are definitely casual. You can wear whatever you want, say whatever you want, be as hungover as you want. And you generally get to go to whatever events you want and you can get deals on all kinds of local business offerings.

Cons

It's a cut-throat environment. You get feedback in very straight-forward fashion. This can be disconcerting. Plus, the put it right out there that they don't pay well and if you want to leave, go ahead.
