Pros

No pros - I had one decent coworker that left a month in to me working there. Would give 0 stars if possible. There is no formal training or performance reviews, and the bosses do not care about their employees.

Cons

There was no formal training or performance reviews. I was supposed to have weekly performance reviews with my manager, and all but one was canceled in my two months of working there. I took over a position for someone that had randomly left the month before (they did not disclose if this person left on their own or were fired, but I would guess they were fired by how this company seems to operate). I also learned the entire purchasing department was let go the month before I started which is a huge red flag. Additionally, I was let go the week after my bosses gave me COVID. Both of my bosses, and the CEO of the company came in to work visibly sick, and we're not wearing masks. They all tested positive the day after they came in to work, and I fell sick less than 5 days later. I was let go when I returned after 5 days with absolutely no notice, and I unfortunately depended on this job.

Pros

Some decent people working here.

Cons

Less than 1% raises. No bonuses Raises are only given to upper management when they change titles. They are happy to let you leave instead of paying more. They waste thousands of dollars on pointless projects to impress the CEO.
