Pros
There were regular monthly sales meetings which included technical training. This was very useful and allowed us as a team to continue to drive new propositions forwards.
Cons
The various business units (BUs) in Phoenix did not work well together (i.e. Professional Services, Disaster Recovery). The customer suffered significantly as a result of this failure to cooperate across the various BUs. Management only seemed to engage with staff when they were underperforming. There was little to no CPD.
