Disappointing - GIS Engineer Phoenix Engineering (Germany) Employee Review

I can't find anything positive.

Zero transparency, chaos, non-existent management. We still haven't received our last salaries and they avoid showing up in court, delaying the case.

Decent Salary, especially for young professionals

Absolute chaos in almost everything, Had to go buy construction materials and tools on my own because the company simply couldnt do it. Horrible communication with the higher ups (excluding PMs), they kept demanding results and complaining about slow progress, despite the fact that they couldnt provide me essential items. My workers had to commute 3 hours daily for 5 months due to the company being very slow at relocating them.
