Great company that cares about employees. Growing quickly and moving to new HQ soon, may be additional opportunities. Appreciate having the chance to work here.

There aren't any real cons that I can think of. Perhaps one con would be the first year slow accrual of PTO, but other than that, it's fine.

Really like the flex hours. You get every other Friday off... Team oriented promoting a "family" atmosphere. Management encourages employees to expand their opportunities, for instance they pay commissions to any employee that retains a new client.
