Treated like crap, management don’t care and think by offering things like Phoenix 15 and other wellbeing stuff you should be appreciative and thankful rather than paying a decent wage. Systems are very outdated and should really update things rather than spending it on senior management and the CEOs bonus

Customer service staff are ill treated over worked and disrespected. I have never worked for a company need permission and cover use toilet.
