Pros

- Good canteen food. - Free parking. -Free bus from city hall in the morning and back again at the end of the working day.

Cons

- too much work responsibility/expectation, too little pay. - Managers/supervisors have their favourite colleagues who they promote out of nepotism and bully, harrass and make fun of everyone else. -HR don't care about the employees physical or mental health at all, only about protecting the employer/company from law suits.

The sweet trolly, some of the staff

Cons

Far too many! Horrible, soul destroying place to work. Treated like crap, management don’t care and think by offering things like Phoenix 15 and other wellbeing stuff you should be appreciative and thankful rather than paying a decent wage. Systems are very outdated and should really update things rather than spending it on senior management and the CEOs bonus

Monday till Friday well used to be now weekend overtime available

Customer service staff are ill treated over worked and disrespected. I have never worked for a company need permission and cover use toilet. The supervisor or so call team leader bully's staff and higher management and hr don’t want to know never change unless reshuffle of management team Even call the room taken to the dungeon and when staff walk shout Another one office joke Special treatment for people in the Click advertise all CS staff must work one late night but not all some taken by the hand get to do what they want. That’s what lead to short staff the work load put onto staff manage to retain due to desperation is reason now offer weekend overtime as impossible get duties completed normal working hours and cheek advertising as if it’s a perk
