Good pay, great clients, great staff.

This job is super easy once you learn to balance your work. You're usually done with your main responsibilities before anyone from management get there so so long as there isn't an event or someone has work for you you're pretty much free to disappear and wait for clock out. You're right next to the pool grill which has amazing food. It's honestly worth paying for it over the day old eggs they serve in the employee cafeteria. While you don't get much support from management the regular employees will be pretty supportive so long as they aren't busy. Especially the maintenance guys. They rock.

Management is super disconnected from it's employees. I had to report to 4 different people who never communicated with each other so when I was busy doing work for one manager another manager was upset their work wasn't getting done. When I wasn't doing work for 4 other managers I had nothing to do. It's a pool, once it's clean for the day it's clean. So there isn't much to do once the main responsibilities are done. When I bring this problem up to any of my managers I get blown off and then reprimanded when I'm not doing something. It's a tough balance that ends up with you hiding away from everyone while you wait for your day to end.
