Culture - Credit Controller Phoenix Contact Employee Review

After 6 months of working at Phoenix the penny dropped i discovered i was literally employed to fill in for my work colleague. She was taking many sick days / annual leave days , literally she was only in work two to three days of the week. Unreliable. I became her spare wheel. Not a good enough reason to employ someone. Felt used and abused.
