Pros

Good environment, good team and good salary for the beginning. Learned how to communicate with vendors, with executives and internal and external workers.

Cons

A lot of tasks for the Executive Assistant. Also, i had to work after our work day finished because of the many tasks.

Pros

Nothing. Maybe one time good hike when you join, that's all.

Horrible, terrible and all bad things. I am writing this as I fell in the trap and suffered and don't want anyone to go through the same. Management is all sweet talks, fake promises and involved in all the inconsistent things happening. It kicked almost all employees giving 13-15 days notices, whereas it was 1, 2, 3 months. It happened on 15 th April 2020. No proper compensation. No employee grievances redressal. They even tried in influencing people not to go to social media. Gave false promises. It's a clear case of fraud, diversion of banks money as company's main business is essentials but it did share market speculation that too on loan which led freezing of funds If you don't believe the points below, just through facebook or LinkedIn try to connected to people at finance executives kind of positions, you will believe me. 1 It is like a jail, they see login, but not log out and cut pay or give warning, even if 1 minute late. 2 No employee policies. No induction. No trainings. HR vouched for the same when enquired. 3 People have to cry to even 1 single work day leave, even when no work or completed work. 4 No comp offs 5 No leave encashment, in a span of 2 months I saw people crying for their 15+ leaves yearly getting lapsed as aren't allowed to take any. On the contrary, they are called on weekends and holidays with no benefits at all. 6 Taking leaves effect your appraisal, you heard correct, I heard manager say this loud and clear to my team member. 7 They treat employees like cattle, give unachievable targets and pressurise to work till 4 am next morning and even expect to attend 10 am calls. Yes it's true. 8 Their appraisal cycle and increment is pathetic. You will apparently get your first appraisal after 1.5 to 2 years, not before that. 9 No proper hierarchy, you feel like a fool working under less qualified people than you. 10 No food facilities 11 No transport facilities, not even late night even for females. They hardly even care about how a lady would have travelled so late. It's a fraud company which can kick you anytime, but will keep clauses in agreement that if you leave within 1 year, to pay them any reimbursements or joining bonus you might have received at time of joining.

Pros

Team members are very good and not too much work pressure. Travelling abroad can be possible but it’s mainly African locations or Ukraine or rarely Dubai

Cons

Managers does not understand employee concerns and just monotonous methodology. Employees close to managers treats themselves as superior over others.
