      Pros

      Great work / life balance, fixed schedules, most official holidays are paid. There are some great people in the organization. There are some career opportunities in some departments.

      Cons

      Low compensation. Very unstable work environment. Constant changes affecting whole groups and departments. Some departments practice hiring employees on half-time positions.
