      Pros

      Didn't see any Pros for this company in India. Recruiting management are very much frustrating and don't know the manners.

      Cons

      Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. management has full control on Appraisal system and policies. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its their fault. Expect to work during weekends / from home without any extra benefit.

      Pros

      There is not a single pros in this company. They hire employees and then don't pay them as they promised. They assume you to work 4-5 hours more than your official working hours and all the reviews which are in the favour of the company is fake because some.of them are typed by the owner itself and some are forced by owner to write good reviews. People there are not professional and there is nothing to learn . You will get frustrated and leave the company due to its worst environment. And believe me these are the pros of the company

      1. Pyshco management. 2. Wastage of time. 3. illletrate seniour developer. 4. Zero professionailzm and believe me your standard will also decreased by joining such companies. 5. Technical knowledge will be zero. 6. Don't consider it even as your last option
