At times managers get lost in the weeds and need to look at the big picture. Focus is sometimes needed in the hand off of information throughout the organization. More company meetings would help convey the current state of the company, as well as new relay information pertaining to the progress of initiatives and updates on existing initiatives

Ability to train in other departments.

Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of "older" employees who do little to nothing and/or are not honest with regard to work they have done or intend to do. They are placated even when supervisors know they are wrong.
