Pros
The experience itself of being a server and getting that kind of experience. The money is great. Customers become regulars and that's when you start getting a good connection with them (and decent/good tips).
Cons
Anything and everything. They play favoritism and act like they like you. They preach about being a family and being honest with each other. Not one person is honest with each other. They are all two-faced.
