Pros

True Phluant has a lot of schedule flexibility and WFH opportunities, but you cant take a long vacation because no can cover for you

Cons

What a joke! When you ask about the benefits during the interview they tell you get dental, phone and transportation reimbursement. What lairs! True paychecks are always late and I’ve only received two paystub since I’ve started. Also the CFO was fired from his previous company by the Board, which says a lot. Both the CFO and the business developer ask so many stupid questions and they like to repeat everything a million times. Also they think it’s the campaign manager job to sell, when they have sell who are suppose to sell (it’s also not part of your job description). They don't understand how to manage people or processes at all.

Pros

Sales hire at very early stage. Management was flexible, understanding and great to work for. Taught me a ton and opened many doors for my professional career.

Cons

Could have used a few more hands on the engineering side, but doesn't every sales role always want more out of the product team?And again, I was there early so it was before their growth phase so we had limited resources.

Pros

Phluant has a lot of schedule flexibility and WFH opportunities. If you like to party at the work place, this is also a good place for you. They regularly have company happy hours, lunches, and the entire office is VERY 420 friendly. Also, the fridge is always stocked with beer.

Cons

Phluant does not provide dental insurance at all and the rest of the insurance is terrible. You'll have to take a pay cut to go there because they are not comparable to industry standards within Seattle. Commissions are a joke - not only do they not have enough work coming in, but of the work they do have commission is about $20. Paychecks are always late and management likes to blame this on the intuit system - which is a load of crap. The management is immature, not customer focused, and often throws hissy fits. They don't understand how to manage people or processes at all.
