1. The manager is close minded. 2. Crab Mentality in th management especially the manager. 3. No pay when having overtime. 4. Unfair treatment to the employees. 5. No proper channeling. 6. Managers don't know how to handle time schedules. 7. No utility to clean the office and let the employees do the stuffs. 8. No proper training.( experienced since Intern) 9. Sometimes activities may occur and sometimes not. 10. NO MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR THE EMPLOYEES.
