Pros

Amazing Colleagues: One of the standout aspects of working at [Ex Company] is the incredible group of colleagues. Supportive, collaborative, and always willing to lend a helping hand, the team made the work environment enjoyable. Remote Work and Flexible Hours: Phiture Offered remote work+flexible hours, providing employees with the freedom to balance their personal and professional lives effectively.

Cons

Untrained Managers: Unfortunately, the managerial team lacks proper training. This deficiency became evident in day-to-day operations, affecting the overall work experience. Clear communication and effective leadership were often lacking. Burnout Culture: The company's approach to workload management was a major concern. Client requests often led to employees working 12-13 hours a day, with little acknowledgment or resolution from management. This contributed to a pervasive burnout culture within the organization. Lack of Vision: The company seemed to lack a clear vision, making it challenging for employees to understand the direction in which the organization was headed. This ambiguity affected motivation and job satisfaction. Micromanaging: Seems to start becoming the new norm Promotions: More about personal connections than performance Directors with huge salaries got hired with unclear responsibilities and who lack accountability for anything and after this new scheme there were mass layoffs.

Pros

- flexibility in terms of remote work and hours - international team of people from over 30 countries - German language isn't required - profitable and financially stable (not dependent on VC)

Cons

- fast pace - trust and lack of micromanagement come at the cost of full ownership and proactivity
