      Well-paid. Do not locate in city so you can save money. Managers are mostly in the meeting room so no one will supervise you.

      You need to work overtime to make supervisor notice you. If you work on time, they will think you have no contribution even if you done lots of work. Chaos and disorder management. No code review and code sign...

      - people are hardworking and passionate - pay is competitive and bonuses are good - upper management is passionate and respectful of employees below them

      Cons

      - you will work overtime, all the time. but they try to compensate with bonus - lack of structure, a lot of bad or rushed organization
