      Not an environment with very high pressure, with relatively fair salary. Good for people like to have work & life balance (of course it depends on the department you're joining).

      Cons

      Some departments have relatively loss acceptance on new or creative working process or idea. Takes more time to express your new creativity.

      - people are hardworking and passionate - pay is competitive and bonuses are good - upper management is passionate and respectful of employees below them

      Cons

      - you will work overtime, all the time. but they try to compensate with bonus - lack of structure, a lot of bad or rushed organization
