What I loved about working at PHIND was that they taught me everything about recruitment and helped me propell my career forward. Leadership really knows what they are doing in this regard.

Stereotypical recruitment culture. 12 hour day grinds. Hard targets and toxic sometimes. I can deal with it because I've worked in boiler rooms all my life but I can imagine it's not fun for people if you don't know how to perform.
