Management doesn’t care about you, they will understaff and cut hours to save money even if it makes the shift chaotic and difficult, no reward for loyalty (worked there 3 years and make the same amount as people who just got hired), every time min wage went up, my yearly raises disappeared. They’re cheap. It’s fine if you don’t care about being respected, and the pay is better than most coffee places. Coworkers make the job better. Quarterly surveys are taken to give feedback, but higher ups don’t actually listen to anything you say in them, it’s just so it looks like they do.
