      Pros

      Overall not too bad. Fun environment depending on the location you are at. Higher ups are doing idk what half the time. Overall it’s been okay during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Unorganized at times and constant flip flopping on policies. Lack of accountability at times and in genuine feeling when using Philz lingo.
