Pros
Great team! From the barista standing next to you, to the CEO, Philz is a great company to work for. I felt constantly supported in everything I did both with and for the company, as well as in my personal life, while I finished school. The team leads and store leads always try to support you and be as flexible as possible. I made friends that I will have for the rest of my life.
Cons
It is hard work. I don't think it is a bad thing, but if you aren't hard working or want a job that you can be lazy with-this is not it.
